Reviews of The Anchorage Guest House

missingWrote a review on 25 Novconvenient locationcold roomoutdated décor
The location is convenient for exploring Waterford.
My stay was plagued with a cold room due to an uncloseable sliding sash window that let in drafts. The noise from the main road was relentless, waking me up multiple times throughout the night. I found the décor outdated and the common spaces lacked upkeep, leaving me feeling more like a transient than a valued guest.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring Waterford. A short walk to both the bus and train stations made things easy. Just a solid selection for a cursory stop in Waterford with exceptional value. The staff made an effort to accommodate my late breakfast request, which was a nice touch. Close the windows at night to block out street noise.
